India is fighting the corona virus. All the elements are coming ahead now. The number of corona cases has crossed 700 and still increasing. Let's hope that it doesn't reach a thousand figure. This is the night of 27th March, 2020 . The major cases of corona are in the Maharashtra and Kerala states of India. Few people have recovered until now. It is indeed a good sign, but there is much to be done there. It has actually become a war front. In Maharashtra the situation is somewhat complicated and the government is on the rampage , solving the problems and controlling the situation. The doctors, nurses, wardboys and everybody in the hospitals as well as the police on the roads are trying their best. Still few people are not listening to the appeals for complete locked down and they are rushing on the roads. This madness of people is surprising. They are educated, but they are not looking at their responsibility towards the nation and their own people. There is a shortage of necessities as there is a locked down and the vehicles are stopped at where they were. Now, the government has considered the problem and has given sanction to move the vechiles for the supply of the necessities. But, unfortunately the drivers are afraid now. The government will sort out the issue.
The main problem which I am putting here is that of the poor labours working in the big cities like Pune and Mumbai. They don't have work now and they don't have stock of necessities. They don't have money . There is no meaning for them to stay in the cities. They are helpless in the cities. Now they want to go back to their own villages. In fact, many of them have started their journey ! They have ladies and small children with them. Main problem is here. There are no vehicles to carry them. They are walking and their villages are 400 kilometers away ! Just imagine that the children, old people, the ladies walking 400 kms on their own feet ! With no money, no food ! Corona has pushed them to this extent ! Here, humanity is crying ! Hope there will be help for these helpless poor people.
